Senior Center I would like to tell you about a new great offer I am extending to you for this upcoming year. I know there is a greatmany entertainment choices. I would appreciate if you would consider my company as one of your future entertainment choices. We have much to offer your center/facility/group. Entertainment has changed soooo much throughout the years and we know that we have to stay current to keep our future clients coming back. The following is a list of the various services we offer. 1. DJing - I know it sounds simple but we take it to a new level. We don’t just stand there and play music. We keep up with the current as well as the classics, while reading the crowd and pleasing the guest. This is not only our top priority but is keyto a successful event. Along with the music we can teach line dances,or get people involved with sing-a-longs and more. 2. Karaoke - is one of the hottest items. We are committed to providing one of the most extensive Karaoke libraries. We stock music from every genre and year to make every taste and age happy. If you have never tried Karaoke then you don’t know what you’re missing. Put thisto the test to see smiles bloom and quiet people come out of their shell. 3. Trivia – we havethe largest selection of trivia podiums in CT. With our trivia podiums, I am proud to say that I have been running game shows for over 15 years and love every minute of it. I have questions ranging from very easy toalmost impossible, multiple choice, and every topic you can choose. We can custom create a trivia event to suityour theme or run our own questions. 4. Game Shows - Wecan put on TV game shows like Jeopardy, Who Wants to Be a Millionaire, FamilyFeud, and Wheel of Fortune. How about Name That Tune and now with the additionof Minute to Win It our game show talent is endless. 5. Casino Time - Mr.Music Man is proud to offer our MOBILE CASINO. We bring the table/s to you. Wenow offer Black Jack, Poker, and Roulette tables. With Craps, Let It Ride, and Caribbean Studto be added. These tables come with chips, cards, and a FUN dealer. Ourdealers have the knowledge of the game. We keep it fun and exciting for the beginners as well as the expert players. 6. Freeze Frame Photo Booth - is one of the newest, hottest, and very interactive features. We offer 2 styles of photo booths, one being a backdrop, where is makes it easy for wheel chairs to have some fun as well as open to other to view the pictures that are beingtaken. The next is the largest in the industry. This is our fully enclosed photo booth. The guest would walk in and choose if they want a color or black & white picture. Either way you choose the options for picture layout and number of pictures taken is up to you. These events are fun and creative ways of you getting your residence together. Notonly do they get copies of their pictures but we also give you copies via disc,or other media. 7. Bingo - We know that seniors love bingo, and that most centers have their own. We would love to extend to you our bingo. We have 2 different types of bingo. One is the giant bingo board thatyou would see in any bingo hall or even at the casino. It is large for bigger groups to see and everybody to be a part of. The other isa digital format. We run this off of a computer and it is projected onto screens for everybody to see. We provide bingo cards OR we can use yours. We offer large number cards as well as theregular. It is fun for all. All of these events are available and based on a first come first serve basis. We would like to offer some great pricing toyou. Here is how it works. Normal charge was $150.00 per hour with a3 hour minimum. We are doing AWAY withthe minimum, yes; you can book a one hour event. We find most events don’t need 3 hours,however some do and we can help you with that decision. Booking year starts in January and ends December. Base on one location. If you have a second event same day and onthe same property but requiring break down and set-up again (like a different location in building or different service) we will give you a discount based onthe number of yearly bookings. This requires a yearly contract with Mr. Music Man and you can pick the events. These events must be Mondays - Friday. Friday’s event times must be completed by4:00pm. Mr. Music Man will lock in prices year to year if a 12 event contract is signed # of bookings PER YEAR Cost perbooking/per hour 1-5 $150.00per hour 6-11 $125.00per hour 12-23 $100.00per hour 24and up $75.00 per hour
